On July 15, 2010 The Citizen published a special section in observance of the 100th Anniversary of the beginning of its publication. Some of the persons mentioned as living at the time of the 2010 special section have since passed away. Unfortunately The Citizen newspaper suspended publication on Sept. 5, 2019 and the Time Capsule mentioned has been archived for opening at the appropriate time.
